We use a variety of vinyl in our sticker production

The two main types of vinyl used are calendered (intermediate) and cast (high performance). Our calendered vinyls are good quality vinyls that last between 5 and 7 years outdoors. It has a tendency to shrink slightly over time, however. The majority of the stickers we make are with calendered vinyls.

Cast vinyls are manufactured in an entirely different way. They do not shrink as fast over time and last a couple of years longer. They conform to irregular surfaces more easily too. They are more expensive, however.

Most people will not notice the difference between the 2 vinyl types, but if you are really curious, the types are listed along with the color in the color dropdown menu. If we do not offer the specific color/vinyl type combination you would like, we would consider purchasing the requested type to fulfill the order.
